Mindfulness and Stress Relief Workshops for Adults with ASD
Facilitated by a recreational therapist, this workshop will introduce stress relieving exercises and mindfulness activities. Tuesdays: December 2nd, 9th, and 16th. Location: Integrated Autism Consulting, 45 Maple Avenue, Barrie Time: from 10:00 to 12:00 am Cost: $115.00 for sessions and materials (Please pay at the first class.)

Now Accepting Applications for Transition to Life Kitchener Waterloo
The Transition to Life program will be running in Kitchener Waterloo this fall on every Wednesday from September 14th to November 30th. The class will run from 6:00 – 9:00 pm. An additional one hour commitment for coaching sessions is also required on one day during the week.
